The National Arboretum in Washington, DC
It's a nature lover's paradise right on the outskirts of DC
The National Arboretum, located on the outskirts of Washington, DC, is literally a nature oasis where you can step away from the urban city for a while. It is open all year round, which means that you can see the same place in different seasons of the year. It’s a great place to visit when you’re in the mood to get away from it all for just a few hours but you don’t have the time or money to go on a real vacation.
